3. The aim of video surveillance is to provide security and order within the JU facilities as well as to protect persons and property.
4. Retention time of the data registered by the JU Museum surveillance system is limited to 30 days. The data is then automatically deleted by overwriting it.
5. Every person whose appearance has been registered by the surveillance system is entitled to access information concerning the data processing procedure of relevant data. This includes the rules concerning the registration and recording of data, the rights and obligations of the subject responsible for the surveillance, the rights of persons subjected to the surveillance.
