The programme includes:

• screening of a promotional film about the Copernican Year
• presentation of the portrait of Nicholaus Copernicus by Władysław Szyszko
• presentation of the newly discovered butterfly species from the Educational Centre collection
• introductory lecture held by Dr Maciej Kluza: "Copernicus–Galileo–Newton"
