We invite everyone to join this year's edition of the Night of Museums. The event is to take place on 17/18 May 2024 at 19:30–23:30 (last entry at 23:00) in the Jagiellonian University Museum. Open the article to read the full event programme.
- 19:00: presentation of the musical clock
- 19:05: guided tour of the first and second part of the exhibition provided by the JU Museum directors (entrance tickets required — max. 15 visitors; details will be published on https://maius.uj.edu.pl/ on 10 May)
- 19:30 main exhibition tours from the Library to the Aula (last entry at 23:30)
- presentation of the Quarterly Exhibit — the narwhal tusk sceptre of Cardinal Bernard Maciejowski displayed in the Library * temporary exhibition: “The Lord of Collegium Maius. Legacy of Karol Estreicher Junior”. Curatorial tour provided by Artur Wójcik at 20:00 (entrance tickets required — max. 15 visitors; details will be published on https://maius.uj.edu.pl/ on 10 May)
- temporary exhibition: ”Born Different” displayed in the U Pęcherza Café (19:00–23:30). At 21:00 photographer Antonio Cossa will provide a guided tour of the exhibition
