To book rooms in the Jagiellonian University Museum you are required to deliver an official letter to the Museum management, and additionally a booking form (download link below). The form should be filled and delivered to the Museum’s front office personally (Jagiellońska 15 Street, from 8.00 to 16.00), by fax (12 422 27 34) or by e-mail:collegiummaius.info@uj.edu.pl at least 30 days before the planned event. If the form is not delivered, the reservation will not be acknowledged by the Museum.
