Nauki dawne i niedawne

Od 2 września 2016 zapraszamy do oglądania wystawy interaktywnej „Nauki dawne i niedawne”, która zamieniła ekspozycję „Wszystko… jest liczbą”. Wystawa „Nauki dawne i niedawne”, przygotowana przez Muzeum Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego w Krakowie udowadnia, że nauka matematyki, fizyki czy astronomii nie musi być mozolnym przebijaniem się przez gąszcz coraz mniej zrozumiałych wzorów, czy wkuwaniem sto pięćdziesiątego trzeciego twierdzenia, prawa lub definicji. Na naszej wystawie jest to zabawa, przez którą można lepiej poznać prawa rządzące światem.

On the 29th August (Monday) the museum entrance on the Jagiellońska Street will be closed. Visitors will be able to enter the courtyard through the gate on the Św. Anny Street

Wizyta Związku Kawalerów Maltańskich

Ordre de Malte Belgique, czyli Związek Kawalerów Maltańskich z Belgii pod przewodnictwem dr Thierry Woutersa, odwiedził Collegium Maius. Pomiędzy obowiązkami związanymi ze Światowymi Dniami Młodzieży grupa zwiedziła stałą ekspozycję Muzeum oraz wystawę czasową „O Świętości! Uniwersytet Jagielloński i jego święci wychowankowie". Wśród wyjątkowych gości znalazła się Anna d'Udekem z domu Komorowska – matka królowej Belgii Matyldy. Na koniec goście wpisali się do księgi pamiątkowej.

Opening Hours in the Jagiellonian University Museum during World Youth Day

Opening Hours in the Jagiellonian University Museum during World Youth Day 25.07-01.08.2016: 1. Standing exhibitions, the Professors' Garden and Estreicher's corner will be closed. 2. The temporary exhibition ‘Oh Holiness! The Jagiellonian University and its Saint Alumni' will be open from 10:00 to 16:00, except for the 27th July. 3. The Collegium Maius courtyard will be open from 8:00 to 16:00, with limitations. Visitors will be able to enter it using the gate on the Jagiellońska Street and leave through the gate leading to the Św. Anny Street. On the 27th July (Wednesday) the courtyard will be closed.
